My Favourite Disney Characters

I was sat listening to the hail this morning thinking it was going to be a gloomy day when I noticed that the lovely Charlene over at tartanmouth and written a post about her Favourite Disney Characters! Having read it through and been reminded of all the wonderful Disney Characters I LOVE I noticed that Charlene hnd seen the Disney Post on Danielle's Blog - here are her Favourite Disney Characters. I thought it would be nice to keep it going, it seem's like a fun post to Write, so here are mine:

Favourite Prince:

Difficult one to start with! The traditional Disney movie Princes don't really have much personality do they? I think my Favourite is probably Eric, He fought for his Girl against a Giant Octopus Lady for goodness sake!

Favourite Princess:

This is really difficult too - why did I do this!? Hmmmm, I think my favourite 'Traditional' Princess is Aurora - In Blue, not Pink! My Favourite 'Modern' Princess in Kida from Atlantis. I think a lot of people forget her but she had real passion and drive. And great hair, The best hair!

Favourite Wild Animal:

This is easy! But he is technically Disney/Pixar - Bruce! 'Fish are Friends, Not Food!' If I'm being true to the proper Disney films then the answer is still easy - Dumbo. A sweet little elephant who overcomes the bullies, flies and saves his Mum... and he never says a word.

Favourite Domestic Animal:

'He's my Puppy!' - Stitch. I reckon I can have Stitch here, Lilo thinks he's an animal and she chooses him as her pet so I think it's allowed. He get's me every time at the end 'This is my family, It's small and broken but still good. Yes, still good'. But, as he's not really a domestic animal, I'll pick Oliver!

Favourite Sidekick:

Kronk from the Emperors New Groove. He's the perfect comedy Sidekick, I love the way he's very protective of his Spinach Puffs.

Favourite Hero:

Well, Hercules did prove himself a true hero so I suppose I pick him! He did earn it after all. This movie has it all though, the songs, the bad guys, the comedy sidekick. And he got the girl, the independent Meg - She can tie her own sandals and everything!

Favourite Villain:

Its a tie - Maleficent and the Queen of Hearts. Maleficent was just so commanding, so devious. And she becomes a Dragon! The Queen of Hearts was just a bit bonkers really, can't help but love her.

Favourite Female:

Belle. She likes to read, she likes adventures, she's a bit quirky. I love her. Also Merryweather, the Fairy. I like how stubborn she is!

Favourite Couple:

Carl and Ellie. Adventure is out there! The opening 10 minutes of Up! is a mini movie in itself. The highs and lows of their relationship are heart warming and so so sad in parts. I love the music that plays throughout and the significance of Ellie's Adventure book just melts my heart.

Favourite Duo:

So many to choose from but Bernard and Bianca from the Rescuers get my vote, such a great movie.

Favourite Family:

Bedknobs and Broomsticks, Mrs Price, Carrie, Paul and Charles. and Mr Brown too!

Well, that has certainly cheered up the day! The Hail has passed and the Sun has come out, Disney makes everything better!
